Where can Butter Dwell ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, and European Union member countries. See Shipping & delivery for timing and cost.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday in 1–3 business days, excluding applicable holidays. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $6.95. Merchandise subtotals of $35.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
Can I change my address or cancel?
Email [email protected] before dispatch. An address cannot be changed after dispatch. See our returns policy for later requests.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Email us within 60 days after delivery for instructions. New, lightly used, and defective or quality-issue items are eligible for review. See Returns & exchanges and Refunds.
